Year End Statutory Financial Returns
All companies registered in the Republic of Ireland are required to prepare and file annual accounts in accordance with the Companies Act 2014. These annual returns are to be filed at the Companies Registration Office. It is important that these annual returns are filed on time to avoid penalties and possible strike off.
